• How to order?

  You can easily order products online via Allana's Fashion. We are an online store in Suriname.

  Placing an order?. First put all products in your shopping cart before completing the order. Watch this video with sound. Click: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=636605226965763 OR read and follow the steps below. Watch the video or read the instruction quietly before you start.

  If, despite all the help / instructions (also maybe from family and friends), you cannot / do not want to place the order through our website, you can ask us to place the order on the website for you. For this you pay SRD 35. Send us a request via 'Contact us' on this website or via our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Allanas-fashion-100851177988503/.

  Step 1: Choose the products you want to order.

  Step 2: For each product you indicate how much you want to order or which size. Click on the correct size.

  Remark: If you don't know what size to buy. Then order a size larger or smaller. For example if you are in doubt between L or XL. Then order both sizes. All sizes are then delivered. After viewing you choose the right size. We take the other size (s) with us again.

  Step 3: Click on 'Add to cart' for each product.

  Step 4: Have you put all products in the shopping cart? Now click in your shopping cart on 'Proceed to checkout'.

  Step 5: Enter your name, address and telephone number (s). If you do not have a home phone number, enter your mobile phone number twice. Then click on 'Continue'. 

  

  NOTE: Have you previously ordered via our website? Then you can log in with your account details (e-mail and password).

  Step 6: Indicate where we must deliver. Paramaribo, Wanica or Commewijne. Then click on 'Continue'.

  Step 7: Indicate how you want to pay: Pay by check (This option means Pay by Cash) or Pay by bank wire.

  Step 8: Click on 'Order with an obligation to pay'.

  Your order has been completed! You have received an e-mail. Congratulations!

  Terms of delivery

  We deliver in Paramaribo, Wanica (up to Lelydorp) and Commewijne (up to Tamanredjo). Delivery costs for delivery in Paramaribo are SRD 40 when purchasing less than SRD 260. When purchasing more than SRD 260, delivery is free.

  Delivery costs for Wanica and Commewijne are SRD 55 when purchasing less than SRD 290. When purchasing from SRD 290, delivery is free. 

  As soon as we arrive at your location, you pay the delivery costs. Even if you no longer accept the products for whatever reasons. Always check and view the products before receiving them. 

  We deliver on the next Tuesday or Saturday. If you order before 20:00 on Monday, delivery will be made on Tuesday. If you order before 20:00 on Friday, delivery will be made on Saturday.

  Exchange of products is allowed. What are the rules?:

  - You contact us within 24 hours and indicate that you want to exchange and why.

  - The product (s) you wish to exchange may not have been worn, nor damaged or stained. If we have supplied the products with a label, the label must not be removed. If a check shows that the product is damaged, for example, we will not receive it and you cannot exchange it.

  - We do not refund money. You may order other products on our website for the same amount.

  - You will again pay delivery costs or you will now pay delivery costs if you did not do this on the 1st delivery.

  Treat / surprise your mother, father, children, friends or loved ones with a gift / present. Wrapped gifts / presents for birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day and a special moment for you and / or together with your loved one. You can also put together a package yourself and indicate when ordering that it must be packed with gift packaging.
